Club Benefits

Being a member of our club entitles you to a discount on almost all products.

The discount is currently 10% and is applied to all products where there is not already a discount of 10% or more offered to the general public.

Currently the core eco3spa watercare products and hard hot tub covers are excluded from the discount. Thermalux floating covers, hot tub cover inserts, eco3spa clarifier, eco3spa test strips, filter cleaner and aromatherapy are included.

The discount is applied automatically when you login to the website.

When you are logged-in you will also be able to see all of your  past orders (those created whilst you were a logged in club member) and you will be able to easily re-order products that you have ordered previously.

Discounted prices are only applied to on-line orders, not to telephone orders.

Data We Will Keep

We will store your name, email address, telephone number and any physical addresses that you use, together with a record of your past orders, on our secure server which is based in the UK.

With the exception of your email address, we will only use this data to assist in processing your orders or placing new orders.

We will not pass this data on to anyone else for any purpose.

We will not store your payment card data or paypal account information.

We will send you our newsletters, approximately monthly, with tips on hot tub care and information on new products.

We will also send occasional emails with special offers and discounts for club members.

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the footer of every email, or by unsubscribing from our Newsletters on your Account Dashboard.
